Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to help@tmwala.com.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is sent within 2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the services have been partly or fully rendered.
2. Refunds upon Cancellation
- Before Service Commencement: If the cancellation request is made before services have commenced, refunds may be issued on the discretion of TMWala.
- After Service Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced or already rendered.
In any case, the refund of administrative fee or government fee shall not be processed or issued in any manner whatsoever or in any case whatsoever.
3. General Refund Policy
- Refunds maybe provided if TMWala is unable to deliver the services as promised. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 30 business days of the request, less any administrative or processing fees that may apply.
4. Specific Conditions
1. Non-refundable Government Fees
- Government or Administrative fee which is paid by the customer/ client/ user to TMWala will not be refunded in any case whatsoever.
- No refund will be issued if the registration or application has been processed according to government guidelines but is rejected or pending due to government decisions or any intervention of the user itself not in the control of TMWala.
2. Forfeiture
- In case after the final payment, the customer/ client/ user does not submit his complete required document or requisite information as required by TMWala within 45 days, of the said payment, the entirety of the amount paid by the customer/ client/ user may be forfeited.
3. Subscription-Based Services
- No refunds will be granted for subscription-based services once they have been partially processed or delivered.
Refund Processing Time
- In cases of approved refunds, please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
