Uncontrollable Delays: TMwala is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Malfunctioning of IT equipment, including internet outages and server downtime.

6. Visibility of Rendered Services
Once rendered, the service may be visible on relevant government portals or the TMwala website, or both, as applicable. Customers may be notified via email once the service has been completed and is visible.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information and documents are accurate and complete. TMwala will not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the delivery of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration shall be Jabalpur, India.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, such dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
